Who we are

This website is operated by Hurugo (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2003/006098/07), based in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this site, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company;
• the topic and content of your message.

If analytics are enabled, we also collect anonymous usage information such as pages visited and the type of device used. This cannot be used to identify you.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on it. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, which acts as our operator. We share information with other parties only where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@hurugo.com and we will respond promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
