Hurugo is a South African international trade services company. We help businesses across South Africa source, buy, and import consumer goods, and we apply the same expertise to brands of our own.
International trade is full of barriers: unfamiliar suppliers, inconsistent quality, complex logistics, and costs that are hard to predict. Our role is to remove them. Through partnerships across Asia, Europe, the United States, and Africa, we manage sourcing, procurement, and logistics for homeware and appliances, accessories, apparel, toys, and more.
We also put that expertise to work for ourselves. Soshida brings premium knives, cutlery, and cookware to home cooks. Balvaro makes leather laptop bags, backpacks, travel bags, and totes designed to be carried every day.
Running our own brands keeps us honest. Every step we manage for clients, from supplier selection and quality control at source to shipping and customs, is one we rely on every day for products that carry our own name.
